It has been a year since this blog was created and I started on my SEO journey. At that time I was what I considered a Novice at the whole SEO thing. Now a year later I have had enough SEO successes that I think I can move out of that Novice class and start to seriously consider the value of what I have learned.
I have worked the SEO process on 6 website and after a year all 6 websites rank on the front page of Google for multiple topical searches. Are there super secret tricks to SEO. Not really. I think that for the most part people do not want to put in the time required for a successful SEO campaign. SEO is not an overnight process and it is not a result of magic. SEO is a plan that is set in action and followed for the long term which yields a positive result.
I have come to the conclusion that people are willing to pay for SEO services not because the process is so difficult and mysterious but because it takes a long time to do. They pay for your time….
So with that said I am making my time available to those who require SEO services.
For a list of SEO successes at the former “novice” SEO just email me and I will show you what I have accomplished and then we can look at your website.

Two websites working together can increase your exposure on the web and help with off line marketing efforts. In February I started working for a biomedical research firm which had a website that offered a lot of good information about the facility but did nothing to attract new research volunteers.
Problem: The website address CWBR1.com which is our main site is not a good url for marketing purposes. It does not read well on the radio due to the number one. Does it really mean CWBR1 or CWBRwon or CWBRone…. you can see where this can lead to problems. The same goes for print………..sometimes the number 1 looks like an l (lower case L) depending on font size and type.
Solution: We purchased a domain name that would be easy to remember whether you hear it on the radio or see it in print. MedicalHeroesWanted.com is our new “marketing” site that works in conjunction with CWBR1.com. When we do a radio spot the tag line is the website domain name and is easy to remember. The same goes for print advertising, both in newspaper and t-shirts that we give away to our research participants. Work still continues on both websites for SEO and look and feel. Our main thrust now is to turn www.CWBR1.com into a site that the pharmaceutical companies look at to determine if they want to use our facility for a research study and use www.MedicalHeroesWanted.com to attract volunteers for those clinical studies.
Have you used two websites for the same company targeting two different groups of visitors? We would like to hear of your success.
